I regret to inform the readers of this site that Rob passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His fellow barber, Deb, will soldier on and continue the tradition of Modern Barber Shop.

I get my hair cut always by Rob. He does an excellent job and you really get a good haircut for his low price ($18). Much better than Supercuts, or Hair International (where I used to go). Rob is also a big, true sports fan, so if you are into sports, he’s your man.

This article is just in time for me to find a new barber. I have been cutting my own hair ever since I ditched my Los Altos barber shop. So needless to say I could use a real barber again.
