Best Kept Secret: Graven Image
One of the biggest secrets in Mountain View is that we have one of the Bay Area’s most prestigious tattoo shops. Graven Image on the El Camino has incredibly talented artists who will work with you to design exactly what you have in mind. You know you’ve been thinking about getting one, but your excuse was always that you didn’t know where to go for super-nice-high-quality work. We’re telling you, these guys are really good! Everything they do is one-of-a-kind. So get some kahunas and do it. Don’t just walk-in unannounced; make an appointment for a consultation and bring your ideas or sketches with you.

If its all the same, I’ll pass on the tattoo and go straight to some fine Indian dining at Shiva’s. What a wonderful place!! Atmosphere galore; food to swoon over. And if you can still stand afterwards, a nice stroll around town is another pleasant experience.
