Knitting has been around for centuries, but now it’s cool and we heard that you’re in the market for a new hobby. If you haven’t already learned how to knit, now is the time. The Mountain View Library offers a Knit and Crochet Club for all skill levels. That means even those with zero experience! That’s just so nice of those folks over at the library. And knitters also gather at the Red Rock coffee shop on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. And you’ll need some pretty yarn and a few knitting needles for your new hobby, right? Word on the street is that the best place to go for knitting supplies is Full Thread Ahead. 
That’s right; we know the knitty-gritty on where to buy the most sought after bamboo, silk or merino wool yarn and we couldn’t wait to say “knitty-gritty.” We’ll take good care of you—you just stick with us!
I love this group. I’ve been attending for just over 3 years now I think. Everyone is very welcoming. We have a wide range of ages, and everyone is at a different level. Marie Richardson, the teen librarian is our knitting expert and everyone helps anyone with a problem. Come join us!
