Need alterations done? I’ll let you in on a little secret. Le’s Alterations on Castro is cheap, fast and always do a great job. I’ve gone there for complicated things and for simple hem-my-pants kind of things. They can do all of it. I almost always see someone that I know there, so apparently, I’m not the only one who thinks they do a great job. I love this place. But one word of advice: they only take cash. Don’t try to tell them you only have a credit card—I saw them tell someone where the nearest ATM is located and they wouldn’t let her have her pants.
They’re within walking distance of my office and just a few doors down from Peet’s Coffee. I love downtown Mountain View.
I also use their service. i took a very nice coat in to have it redone as i did not like the style anylonger. they did an amazing job and you would never know it was changed. i also take Jackets and pants and i am always more than satisfied with their work.
